Descripción del producto
Toda la línea de producción de leche se compone de los siguientes sistemas:
1. Sistema de tratamiento de agua
2. Sistema de fusión de Suger
3. Sistema esterilizador
4. Sistema de llenado y embalaje
5. Sistema de limpieza CIP
6. Después de los equipos de tratamiento, como transportador, paquete o paleta, etc
7. Hay otros equipos auxiliares usados tales como calderas de vapor, compresor de aire, unidad de agua fría, etc.
8. Se proveen materiales de instalación para la tubería de proceso, tubería de servicio público así como instalación eléctrica.
Los tipos de llenado y embalaje pueden ser decididos por el cliente y luego diseñados en consecuencia.
Nuestra compañía puede diseñar líneas de producción modificadas para requisitos particulares de la leche de acuerdo con los requisitos de los clientes. La capacidad de producción varía de 200L / h a 10000L / h según la necesidad del cliente
Nota: estas líneas de producción de leche pueden ser ampliamente utilizadas para producir leche UHT, leche pasteurizada, leche destilada, leche agitada, bebida de leche, yogur, helado, leche condensada y leche en polvo, etc.
